Your listing brings together the core information of the property (address, property type, number of rooms etc.) plus your marketing information, images, floorplans, tours, or room details you wish to include.
Several fields are required to market a property on the portal and highlighted in red when you attempt to export to the portals. The property cannot be marketed until those fields have been updated. Any highlighted in yellow are optional fields that you may wish to include to maximise your lead return:

Full Description
This is your main property write up and can be as detailed as you wish.
Virtual Tour Link
There is space to paste two virtual tour links, for example if you have a video tour or 360 virtual tour, for the property to appear on the listing.
Utilities
Add the utilities and services available at the property, such as electricity, water, sewerage and heating.
Providing this information helps ensure relevant material information is available for the property listing and supports the information requested by property portals.
Building Info, Risks & Restrictions
Use this section to record building information, risks, restrictions and other issues that may be relevant to an applicant's decision moving forward with the property.
This may include information such as property construction, flood risk, planning matters, rights and easements, restrictions on use, building safety issues, or known problems such as damp, subsidence or asbestos.
Where known and relevant, this information can be included in the property's portal feeds and property descriptions.

Rooms
For properties where you want to go beyond the summary or full description and add room by room details you can add these via the Rooms link in the Property Menu on the right. If no rooms have been added yet then a form to add a room will be displayed - if there are existing rooms then just click on the Add link to display this form.
You can then select the type of room from the dropdown (contact us at support@10ninety.co.uk if you need additional room types to be added), enter a description of the room and also enter the dimensions of the room. The dimensions can be entered in any valid format, such as 6' 6" or 2.2m - the portals then generally display these in a metric decimal format and also display the imperial measurement alongside.
Once you have started adding rooms, if you need to re-order them then you can do this via the Change Order link at the bottom of the list of rooms. Drag the rooms into the desired order and then press on Save to save the changes.
Features & Restrictions
The portals allow you to add up to 12 features to highlight certain aspects of the property and you can add these via the Features & Restrictions page of the property. The system comes with a standard set of features but you can add your own by typing into the field above left of the list and clicking on the Plus icon. This will add the new feature to the right side of the box below. Then simply drag the appropriate features form the right side to the left and press on the Save button.
You can do the same with restrictions for the property.
Property Brochure
If an active brochure is set against the property, via the Brochures & Window Cards page in the Property Menu, this is also sent to the portals for your potential applicants to view. Therefore, setting your desired brochure design is essential. The system includes many designs, however if you would prefer, you can upload your own design for the property. We can also design custom brochure templates to add to your system for a one-off setup fee - simply reach out to your Support Team to find out more.
