I'm using eSigning - where are signed documents kept?
If you have sent an agency agreement out for signing, then the saved signed document will be on the property > Documents > eSigned Documents at the bottom of the page.
If you have sent a tenancy agreement out for signing, then the saved signed document will be on the letting > Document > eSigned Documents at the bottom of the page.
All signers on the document will also receive an email with a link to download the signed version. If you have the Client Hub then they can also access the documents any time via their Hub login.
How do I upload a new template?
We have a video guide here that walks you through how to upload new templates.
Plus guides on the most commonly used tags and eSign tags:
Please note that the eSign tags will only work if eSigning is enabled on your system - this add-on is £10+VAT per month for 20 credits. These credits roll over month to month, so you won't lose them.
I'm looking to edit an email template that I send from -
Alerts: Home > Templates > Other > Lettings Management Alerts
Diary: Home > Templates > Other > Diary Items
A contact: Home > Templates > Letters & Emails > To [contact]
Where should I add this type of document -
Agency Agreement or Terms of Business: Home > Documents > Residential Lettings Property/ Residential Sales Property
Tenancy Agreement/ Company Let/ Lease Agreement: Home > Documents > Lettings
How to Rent Guide or general company notices: Home > Company Documents
Deed of Guarantee: Home > Documents > Lettings > Tenant Documents at the bottom
This allows you to select and generate the Deed of Guarantee for each tenant and their guarantor
Tag Availability
Depending on where your template is added, different tags will be available at that level, as a general overview:
Tenant/Buyer/Landlord/Vendor – contact, company or general tags
Residential Sales or Residential Lettings Property – contact, company, general and property tags
Letting – contact, company, general, property and letting tags
