If a landlord has paid you directly for a 'Landlord Fee' or 'Property Expense', it is possible to show the landlord has paid you directly, rather than deducting from their rental income.
To do this, first add either the 'Landlord Fee' or 'Property Expense' into the system. Please see some guides below on how to do this.

Landlord Fee
Once you've added the 'Landlord Fee', you should see an icon at the top of the page 'Mark as paid'. Click this to show the landlord has paid this fee in full directly.
Property Expense
Once you've added the 'Property Expense', you should see an icon at the top of the page 'Mark as received from Landlord'. Click this to show the landlord has paid you this expense in full directly.
