How do I mark a property as sold?

First click 'Edit' on the property to update the Status to 'Sold' then update your 'Sale Details' tab to enter in the 'Completion Date'. 

Your Sales In Progress alert will display all sold properties for 7 days based on the completion date before dropping off. We can change this for you if you would prefer more or less time.
