Will you be releasing new versions of the Section 8 and Section 13 notices?

Yes, we have now released tagged versions of the Government's new Section 8 (Form 3A) and Section 13 (Form 4A) notices that were released at the start of May, 2026.  These are available as Word templates and can be generated from the "Documents" side menu of any letting.  Please click here for more details on how to use them.
