How do I add a permitted occupier?

On the letting, you would click 'Letting Details' and scroll to the bottom.

Here you will find a 'Permitted Occupiers' field where their information can be added.

If there is space in your tenancy agreement to note this information, you can use the merge tag found under Letting Tags --> Permitted Occupier to pull the details into your contract automatically.
