If you are registered with marketing portals such as Rightmove, Zoopla, OnTheMarket etc, the system can synchronise your live property listings with them, saving you the time of manually entering the details on each portal.
To set-up the portals in your 10ninety system, simply inform your account manager at each portal that 10ninety is your new data feed provider. The portals will then contact our support team with the relevant details so that we can configure the feed in your system.
We also support data feeds to your third party website. To set this up, simply instruct your website developer to contact our support team. We will then be able to advise your website developer of the various options available to them and provide them with their chosen feed format.
Once the feeds are setup and live, the system will automatically synchronise your live property listings (i.e. those which are "on the market") with the portals each night, but you can manually run the exports at any time during the day too, by clicking on the "Marketing" tab at the top.
Important Note!
Once we make a data feed live, it will replace any existing property listings that you might have at the portal. So you will need to ensure that you have set-up all of your properties in the system first, and marked them as being "on the market". For lettings properties, we would also recommend configuring your tenancy information that we send to the portals alongside each letting property.
