How do I create a logon to the Client Hub?

When you add a client into your 10ninety admin system, they are not automatically set-up with a logon to your Client Hub - this is so that you can choose who has access and which sections they have access to.  The Hub supports logons for landlords, vendors, tenants and buyers.

To create a logon to the Hub:

  • Click through to the landlord, vendor, tenant or buyer in question
  • Click onto their details page (the second link down in their side-menu)
  • Scroll down to the Hub Logon section and click "Create Hub Logon"

  • Click "Add" to create the logon for the client:

  • The system will send a welcome email to the client's email address, with a link in the email to set their password for the first time.
  • For future logons to the Hub, the client will need to use their email and password - but can change the password at any stage once logged in.
