Leads from Rightmove, Zoopla, OnTheMarket and your 10ninety website will appear in the 'New Registrations' alert under your 'Marketing Alerts'.
From this alert, you can send the lead a welcome email, complete pre-qualification forms, run soft credit checks, add a viewing, and pass or fail them for screening without leaving the page. If multiple team members are getting in touch with leads, then you can leave a Sticky Note with any information or notes you may have that the whole team will see. If a lead has enquired about a specific property, this will be saved against the applicant in 'Saved Properties' as well as in the property's 'Interested Applicants' list.
