Leads from Rightmove, Zoopla, OnTheMarket and your 10ninety website will appear in the 'New Registrations' alert under your 'Marketing Alerts'.
From this alert, you can send the lead a welcome email, update their contact details and add a search. If multiple team members are getting in touch with leads, then you can leave a Sticky Note with any information or notes you may have that the whole team will see. Once this information has been recorded then you can mark them as fully registered.

If a lead has enquired about a specific property, they will also appear in the property's 'Interested Applicants' list.
