Why is my property not appearing on the portals and/or my website when the property is set as being On The Market?

If your property is not appearing on the portals then it will likely be because the portal feeds haven't been run - the steps on how to run your feeds can be found here. Please note that portals can take several minutes to process the property data you have sent.

If the property was sent to the portals and it has been several minutes, please get in touch with our team on support@10ninety.co.uk

If you have a website with 10ninety then the property will automatically appear as soon as you set it live in the system. If you have a website with a third-party then you will see a feed called 'WordPress' under your 'Marketing' tab - this needs to be run to send to your website. 

If there is a delay in the property appearing on your third-party website then you can check with your web developer to check how often the feed refreshes on their end.
