We are receiving delivery failures for emails sent from the system - why is this?

The reason for this will depend on the details in the delivery failure email, and quite often may be a case of a typo in the recipient's email address or that the recipient's address simply does not exist, so these are the first things to check.

However, if the delivery failure email refers to a 550 error or rejection due to "spam" then it could be that you need to grant the 10ninety mail server permission to send emails on your domain's behalf (emails sent from the system have a "From" address of your own staff email address, but the email itself is actually sent by the 10ninety mail server).
