Every now and then, you may need to send a bulk email to all your active Tenants or Landlords, and you may want to include an attachment with this email.
To do this, you must first upload your attachment as a 'Company Document'. You can do this by going to Admin then 'Company Documents' from the 'Company Menu' on the right.
Upload your document here by clicking 'Add'.
To send the email, go to Lettings then click Lettings again from the blue sub-menu. Here you have a list of all your currently active tenancies, you can optionally filter them using the 'Search' box on the right. Once you're ready to send the email, tick each letting individually or, select all by ticking the 'All' checkbox in the top-right hand corner.
Once you've selected all the lettings you require, you can choose 'Email Tenants' or 'Email Landlords'.
This will prompt you to choose which email template you'd like to send, if you want to type out a brand new email, just leave this selected as 'General'. We will also ask you whether you'd like to include recipients who haven't explicitly given you their marketing consent. If you want to send this email out regardless of GDPR settings, tick the box.
Finally, you can edit your email, optionally attach a Company Document, and then click 'Send' to send to all recipients. Please see the highlighted screenshot below to demonstrate this.
