How to put a property on the market

Only properties that are 'On the market' on your 10ninety system will be included in the data feed exports to portals and your website listings, or included in property search matches to applicants.

To bring a property onto the market, you can just click on the 'Change' link next to the 'Off The Market' text against the property on the properties list or on its Dashboard page:

There is also a 'Put on the market' link at the bottom of the Marketing Details page of the property.

Either of these links will take you to the Marketing Details page of the property where you will be notified in red of any errors or missing details that are preventing the property from being put on the market, such as the furnishing type on a letting property or the summary description field. Click on the Edit link on the right of each of these errors to enter the missing details. Some warnings may also be displayed in yellow here suggesting that other missing details be entered - these warnings will not prevent you from putting the property on the market so you can just ignore these.

Once all mandatory details have be entered a Confirm button will be displayed at the top of the Put on the Market page, along with a tick box to send out automated alerts - ticking this will send an email with the details of this property to any matching applicants that have subscribed for email alerts on their property search. Once you are ready click on the Confirm button to bring the property onto the market.

How to then update and add this property to your portal listings

If you are advertising with portals (Rightmove, Zoopla etc) then once you have brought a property onto the market you will want to update and add the property to your portal listings. For more information on how to do this, click here.
