[Release 3.71] The changes included in this release were:
- Support for the newly published Rightmove, Zoopla and On the Market material info fields. This follows on from our last release where we automatically included this information, if set, in the property descriptions sent to the portals to ensure these new regulations are met. As these portals update their own sites to display this information from these new fields instead we will stop appending it to the property descriptions to ensure it is not duplicated.
- Added these new individual material info fields into our own Web API to allow external web developers style pages accordingly
- Added support for more detailed custom registration forms including capturing of tenant management information and file and image uploads saved directly against contacts into the system.
- Added a new integrated help centre directly within the system. This means you can get helpful suggestions and search for help directly without leaving the system simply by clicking the new Help button in the bottom right:

- plus the full help centre still remains accessible as normal via the quick link in the top right:
- Added support for MetroBank bulk BACS payments
- Updated the add offer flow to make it easier to find the applicant via a quick search
- Updated the offer index page to display notes on property/contact
- Added options to extend how far ahead appointments are included in the iCal feed
- Updated the Instagram feed to automatically resize images if they are outside the ratio supported by Instagram
- Added improved support for additional fields on the initial bulk data load
- Added the ability to enter Previous Landlord details against a tenant via the tenant management details page
- Added quick links direct to other contact records on pages within the system (eg if a vendor is also on the system as a buyer)
- Added support for ‘Council tax included’ as an option on the Rightmove and On the Market Realtime feeds
- Added an option to include Right to Rent details in the Numbered Tenant Details document tag
- Added support for click to call links on the contact role dashboards, if supported by your VOIP provider
