The system can keep track of your supplier's Public Liability Insurance, and alert you when they are about to expire, so that you can keep track that these are up to date.
Where to store Public Liability Insurance for the Supplier
The supplier public liability insurance expiry details are stored on the supplier details page. This can be found by selecting Lettings > Suppliers > select Supplier from list > Supplier Details and click Edit.
You can also add their Trade Accreditation expiry alongside the public liability insurance expiry date.
Supplier Public Liability Insurance Due alert
The property management alert, "Supplier Public Liability Insurance Due", flags up any suppliers where Public Liability Insurance has expired, or due to expire in the next month.
Click on the Alert and all instances of this will show, you can then send an email to the supplier to remind them that they need to renew it.
