[Release 3.104] The changes included in this release were:
- New Section 8 (Form 3A) and Section 13 (Form 4A) notice templates released. Please click here for more details on how to use these.
- Updated the maintenance job sheet to pick up the current tenant's details for rolling periodic tenancies where the job date is beyond the current rolling end date.
- Periodic rent review alert should ignore periodic tenancies with a termination date set.
- Rolling periodic tenancies will be auto-extended 75 days in advance of any rent review date, allowing rent increases to be applied to the rent schedule for the Section 13 process. This setting is configurable, so please contact Support if you would like a different value.
