Canopy Referencing

We have partnered with Canopy to enable you to order tenant and guarantor references directly from within the system.  

Once setup you can order references directly from the Lettings > Tenant References page and status updates will flow back into the system automatically as the reference progresses.  There is also a new central alert to help you keep track, under Tenancy Management Alerts > Tenant References In Progress.  Once complete, the reference will be automatically downloaded and saved back in the system.

 

What services do Canopy provide?

How do I get started?

You will need to subscribe to our Tenant Referencing add on for £10+VAT pcm and have a Canopy account where you will be billed directly based on usage by them.  If you don't already have a Canopy account, sign up via https://www.canopy.rent/request-form and make sure to let them know you are a 10ninety client to benefit from the reduced prices listed above.

 

I already have an account - how can I configure this in the system?

Once you have an account, to complete the setup you need to:

  • Contact your Canopy account manager (or agent.support@canopy.rent) asking for API access for 10ninety.
  • Canopy will then send you a Client Id, Client Secret and API Key which you will need to forward on to support@10ninety.co.uk along with confirmation that you would like to subscribe to the Referencing add on at £10+VAT pcm
  • Once we receive that information, we will configure your system and confirm once done
  • You will then be able to request references directly from the Letting > Tenant References page
