[Release 3.99] The changes included in this release were:
- A new Move Ins alert to track the progress of tenancies starting soon - find out more here: Move Ins Alert
- An integration with referencing provider Canopy enabling you to order references, track progress and automatically download the completed reference at the end of the process, all directly from within the system. This is an optional extra at £10+VAT pcm plus per reference costs charged directly by Canopy.
- A new tenant referencing section to record references on a letting, plus a new Tenant References in Progress alert to track them: Tenant Referencing
- Integrated credit checks via TransUnion (£2+VAT per check, to be enabled later this week)
- Major upgrades to the New Registrations alert and improvements to the auto response process. We now support auto responses via email and SMS, including property information and greater control over how often they are sent. Completed lead qualification or application forms will also show directly on the alert, along with the ability to run or automate soft credit checks for new applicants. New Registrations Alert
- A new open API to enable Zapier and other integrations to create leads directly in the system
- Added support for SFTP on portal extracts
- Added support for new Rightmove Online Valuation lead types
- Added an export option to the Right to Rent alert
- Performance improvements to the applicant search
- Resolved intermittent issues with Instagram posts timing out
- Improved formatting in Facebook posts
- Switched to quick search for applicants on Property > Add note
- Added an option to include the property address in the maintenance reporting form notification to agent
- Improvements to the postcode lookup to remove duplicate values
- New, clearer system banner for important notifications
