New Registrations Alert

Let us help you with your incoming enquiries - our New Registrations alert is designed to help you capture and convert more opportunities, faster. By bringing together new leads from your property portals and website (if you have one with us or our registration form integrated into a third-party site) into one easy-to-view alert, you get instant visibility of fresh applicant activity.

Once a new enquiry comes through, the applicant will be added as a new contact and drop into your alert - switch on automated welcome emails or SMS so that they immediately hear from you with the next steps if they wish to apply. There are options here to set the frequency of the email/SMS in case the applicant applies for multiple properties in a single evening - just get in touch with Support for more information.

Now from the alert, you can view completed pre-qualification forms, run soft credit checks, add a viewing, and pass or fail them for screening without leaving the page:

image.pngAsk us to enable auto-assign for lead staff on new leads - this means that if the lead staff is set on the property then they will be also be assigned the applicant to process. The alert then becomes a centre for staff to filter by their applicants, and/or where the Lead Qualification form has been completed.

The system will check for and import new leads throughout the course of the day, but sometimes there can be a delay between you receiving the notification email from the portals and the system importing the contact.  If this is the case you can manually run the import by clicking the 'Lead Import' link in the top right of the 'New Registrations' alert.

Rightmove and On the Market will be enabled automatically. Zoopla require authorisation to start sending us your lead data so to enable it please email members@zoopla.co.uk confirming that you would like them to start sending us lead data via their Poll API, cc'ing us in the request support@10ninety.co.uk.
