Our secure online portal aims to reduce the number of update requests your sales team receives, especially during busy periods helping both your staff and clients. Vendors and buyers can check their progress at any time, from any device, and have complete clarity over where they are with the sale. 

Because the information is published live to both vendor and buyer portals, your team no longer needs to manually relay the same update to multiple parties. This not only saves time but helps manage expectations and maintain a smooth, consistent sales journey for your clients.

How would it work?

You would add your update to the property record, clicking the 'Sales Progression' tab on the right-hand side. Choose from the options or use the 'Notes' box to create a custom update:


Once saved, the update will appear on both the vendor and buyer Hub for them to view.

image.png Don't want everything to show? We have options to ensure that any update is hidden by default, then you can pick and choose which updates you wish to publish and to who by unticking these options. 

 


When the vendor or the buyer want an update, they would log into their Hub and view their Property Dashboard. A peek preview of the latest updates is available on that main dashboard but clicking through will give them the full Sale Details that you've recorded on 10ninety:
