With the Tenant Fees Act 2019 coming into effect on June 1st 2019, agents with properties in England for let will be required to publish the following information on third party websites (i.e. portals like Rightmove, Zoopla etc):
- Permitted payments
- Details of your membership and name of the redress scheme
- Details of your membership and name of any client money protection (CMP) schem
You can record this information centrally in your 10ninety system under "Admin" -> "Settings" in the "Non Optional Letting Fee Info" text box at the end of the page:
The system will publish the information entered into this settings box alongside every listing sent to third party websites / portals. You can also override it for individual properties via the "Marketing Details" side-menu link for the property.
