[Release 3.66] The changes included in this release were: 

• Rolled out the new version of the Government Form 3 (Section 8)
• On the Market Lead Import – enquiries made via OnTheMarket.com will now automatically be saved into your 10ninety system, under the New Registrations alert, in the same way Rightmove enquiries are imported.
• Added Metro Bank format to the tenant receipts import page
• Added an option to mark an inventory as a template, and then use that template when creating any new inventory
• Add permitted occupiers field onto letting details, with associated document tag
• Added an audit entry for generating a letter (previously it was only audited when marked as sent)
• Allow users to delete document templates that have already been generated
• For commercial properties where rent includes VAT, need to split out the VAT in landlord statements – support for this has been added to statement type 2
• Added an option to indicate if a viewing is virtual
• Added a new option to allow audited office note entries onto maintenance jobs
• Add staff owner field onto checklists, with equivalent filter on checklists alert
• Default date to today's date on generic CSV tenant receipts import where no date column is provided
• Add option to auto tick the CC landlord's accountant on statement emails if they have an accountant
• Added a button to generate landlord statement invoices (pdf) as part of bulk generate statements flow and attach when bulk email out
• Added an option to label the management fee as a "Rent Collection Fee" on rent-collection only lettings
• Add landlord payment ref onto landlord/property/letting to default on landlord statement settlement transactions
• Added an option to include lead staff in website xml feed
• Include buyer contact details (for the current property) on Chain page
• Fixed a performance issue which was causing the applicant viewings page to load slowly
• Fixed an intermittent encoding issue on emails sent from the system
