The system can now automatically import Rightmove leads. You will continue to receive email leads from Rightmove as you currently do, but this will save you having to manually enter their details in the system.
The leads will be entered into the system as buyers or tenants with a link to the property that they have enquired about via the Saved Properties side menu.
You can view these new leads via the 'New Registrations' Alert under Home > Alerts. The leads imported from Rightmove will have a RM logo next to them which you can hover over to view the message or click as a shortcut to the applicants saved properties:
You can also just quick search for the new applicant as normal, eg:
Once you have responded to their initial enquiry you can tick the 'Registration complete' tickbox on the buyer and tenant details page to remove them from the 'New Registrations' alert. If required you should also capture their search requirements and create a property search as well as update their marketing consent settings as normal to include them in future property matches from the system.
The system will check for and import new leads throughout the course of the day, but sometimes there can be a delay between you receiving the notification email from Rightmove and the system importing the contact. If this is the case you can manually run the import by clicking the 'Lead Import' link in the top right of the 'New Registrations' alert.
If you do not want to take advantage of this feature please let us know and we can disable it on your system.
