[Release 3.89] The changes included in this release were:
- Additional support for Material Information Parts B & C. New dedicated fields for utilities, accessibility, more detailed parking and garden options, plus restrictions, rights and risks to property including flooding and building safety issues. Updates to portal feeds to provide the detailed information where set.
- Option to enforce Two Factor Authentication for system logins
- Improvements to portal lead imports and the New Registrations alert:
- Quick mark as registration complete directly from the alert, plus a bulk mark as complete option
- Option to specify a default branch for leads without a direct link to a property in a multi branch system
- Option to store imported leads against lead staff of property they are enquiring about
- Improved parsing of contact addresses, mobile phone numbers and invalid characters
- Support for new Rightmove Commercial lead types
- Alert sticky note for saving comments whilst processing new leads
- Option to auto send registration emails to new contacts created via website forms or portal leads
- Support for attachments on registration emails
- New Barclays BACS export format
- Display the direct link to the property listing on Rightmove, Zoopla and On the Market where available
- Option to opt individual contacts out of automated diary reminders via email or SMS
- New sticky note for Unallocated Tenant Receipts Alert entries
- Audit entries for exporting index page data to excel from the system
- Auto create checklists for contacts created via lead / website import
- Option to reinstate deleted suppliers
