[Release 3.87] The changes included in this release were:
- Added tick-boxes onto sales progression events so individual entries can be hidden on the Hub from either the vendor, buyer or both.
- Added an option for the Hub to only display the main sales progression stage/title, not the notes associated with it
- Added a new "Hub title" field onto maintenance items, which, if provided, will display on the Hub instead of the main description of the maintenance job. We have also added a doc tag for this field.
- Display Rightmove marketing statistics (summary and detail page views) on the property dashboard pages on the Hub, for listings that are currently on the market (with option to turn this off if needs be).
- Added options onto document templates to auto tick the "Hub visibility" fields when eSigning is complete.
- Create audit trail entries when clients logon to the Hub
- Added filter and sorting option onto the landlord, vendor, tenant and buyer list pages for each client’s last logon to the Hub
- Added a filter onto the landlord, vendor, tenant and buyer list pages to identify which clients have a Hub account or not
- Add support for checklists for maintenance (including the option to auto-create a checklist when adding a maintenance job).
- Add option to change the default time range on landlord income reports on the Hub (eg to last 12 months, current tax year).
- Allow filtering by town and postcode on the main lettings list page
- Improved performance of viewing large tenant receipt imports
- Improved performance of the bank reconciliation page
- Updated the landlord statement alerts to show full (long) names on hover
