If you would like to test out your new Client Hub for the first time to see how it looks, before creating logons for your clients, the simplest option is to set yourself up as a landlord, vendor, tenant or buyer and create a logon for yourself.
Alternatively, you can create a logon for one of your real landlords, vendors, etc but just make sure you untick the "Send Welcome Email" option when you do so - this will stop them being sent logon details. You can then click the "Logon As User" option for them and see what they would see on the Hub:
