How to create a logon to the Hub

When you add a client into your 10ninety admin system, they are not automatically set-up with a logon to your Client Hub - this is so that you can choose who has access and which sections they have access to.  The Hub supports logons for landlords, vendors, tenants and buyers.

To create a logon to the Hub:

  • Click through to the landlord, vendor, tenant or buyer in question
  • Click onto their details page (the second link down in their side-menu)
  • Scroll down to the Hub Logon section and click "Create Hub Logon"

  • Click "Add" to create the logon for the client:

  • The system will send a welcome email to the client's email address, with a link in the email to set their password for the first time.
  • For future logons to the Hub, the client will need to use their email and password - but can change the password at any stage once logged in.

Clients who have multiple roles

If the client has multiple roles in the system (for example, they are both a landlord and a vendor), you can decide which sections they have access to in the Hub when you create their logon.  By default, they will have access to all sections, but you can untick these as required:

Multiple clients with the same email

Sometimes you might have multiple clients entered into the system with the same email address (e.g. three landlords sharing the same email).  Since the email address is what is used to logon to the Hub, you can share the logon across all three profiles - the client can then select which profile to view when they logon.

Having created a logon for the first landlord, when you go to create the logon for the next landlord, they system will recognise that there is already a Hub user with that email address, and ask if you want to link the profiles - confirm this by ticking the "Link to existing account" option:

If you want the landlords to have totally separate logons, you will need to change the email address on the other profiles before creating their Hub logons.
