The Automations add-on covers the following items:
- Rent Invoicing – this automated job will generate commercial/residential rent invoices (in PDF format) in advance, and email them out to your tenants.
- Late Rent Reminders – this automated job will send out rent reminders to any of your tenants who are late paying their rent.
- Diary Reminders – this job will send out email reminders for viewings, valuations and appointments.
- Weekly Property Matches – this job will send out a weekly email to your applicants of any new property listings that they might be interested in.
- Staff Diary Email Notifications – if enabled, staff can receive email notifications in advance of their diary appointments
- Viewing Feedback Requests - this will automatically send out email/SMS feedback requests to applicants for recent viewings
