We offer text messaging within the system through our integration with Text Marketer - this is available as an add on for £10+VAT per month. Text credits are bought separately but generally works out between 3-4p per credit, fully pricing details on their website, http://www.textmarketer.co.uk/. Credits can be topped-up by going to Admin > Settings > SMS Account Settings.
With SMS enabled, you will have access to a new set of SMS templates to send appointment reminders, rent overdue reminders, group texts for multiple tenants and many more. It will appear as a green 'SMS' icon in many areas across the system, for example:

Home > Alerts > Rent Overdue alert.
You can send rent overdue reminders to the tenant or to the Guarantor increasing in severity based on the number of days overdue:
- Property > All Lettings.
You can send group texts to all tenant(s):
- Diary > click on an Appointment, Viewing, etc.
You can send confirmations, reminders and cancellations:
- Home > Alerts > Maintenance Outstanding.
You can send SMS notifications to landlords, tenants or suppliers:
- Home > Alerts > Inspections Due.
You can send notifications to landlords, tenants or suppliers:
By default, texts will appear to the recipient as being sent from your company name however virtual numbers can also be purchased to receive replies to an email address instead. Our SMS integration works in tandem with our Automations add on - automating these SMS diary reminders and rent overdue being sent out from the system in addition to their email counterparts and the rent invoicing and weekly property match jobs.
