Fees to drawdown

Having received payment for your fees, for example, by deducting your commission from the rent due to a landlord, or through direct payment from a tenant, those fees will be sitting within your client (rent) account and be eligible for transferring over (or drawing down) to your office (business) account.

The "Fees Not Drawndown" alert in the system can help in this process - it identifies fees for which you have received payment, but have not yet been transferred out of your client account into your office account.  Having transferred them over, you can tick off those fees, so they don't get double-counted in the future.

Select the fees that you are going to transfer, and click the blue "Mark As Drawndown" link at the top of the table to confirm.
