Invoicing vendor's solicitor for sale fee

To invoice the vendor's solicitor for the fee on a sale, upon exchange, you can generate and send out the "Exchange of Contracts and Invoice" letter.

This is available under the "Letters & Emails" side-menu, in the "To Vendor's Solicitor" set of correspondence.
