Normally, the same management fee will be used through-out a tenancy. However, it is possible to override this and have different fees for different rental periods.
- Click onto the "Landlord Fees" side-menu under the letting
- In the "Fee Definitions" section at the top of the page, click "Override" against the Management Fee line.
- In the editor pop-up, enter the few fee (either as a flat fee, or percentage of rent collected), and the rent period range it applies to:
