Termination of a periodic letting

To end a periodic letting:

1. Click edit on the letting in question.
2. Set the "Termination Date" to the required end date and click "Save":

This will ensure the rent schedule runs up to that end date, but will stop the letting from rolling on every month.

Note - if you instead set the rolling end date field to the move-out date, the system will continue to roll the end date out each month.  Setting the termination date is required to tell the system when the letting is due to finish.
