[Release 3.83] The changes included in this release were:

  • Added SMS functionality to letting, property and contact correspondence pages
  • Added option to email/SMS the guarantor(s) from the Rent Overdue alert, plus an option to send a copy of the SMS sent to the tenant to the guarantor(s)
  • Added option to the Rent Overdue alert to send a copy of the SMS sent to the tenant to the other tenant(s)
  • Provided option to use the vendor’s address for the property address when adding a sales property
  • Added Voids report – new report showing empty periods at rental properties for a date range
  • Added option onto the “Accept Offer” page to set the offer details on the sale details page for the property
  • Added “CC other tenants” option to Inventory / Inspection emails
  • Added “CC additional landlords” option on tenant statement email pop-up, inspections and inventory
  • Show jointly owned properties on landlord/vendor property list pages where the landlord/vendor is an additional owner
  • Include number of additional owners on property list pages, beside main owner
  • Added documentation tag for HMO/property licence type
  • Added option to CC joint landlords on bulk email statements flows
  • Added BCC landlord option on letting emails
  • Add an option to CC joint landlords on lettings emails to tenants
  • Added option to CC one or more staff on lettings, property and contact emails
  • Added “CC additional landlords” option onto maintenance emails
  • Add option to send SMS to all tenants on diary SMS templates
  • Add lettings service to Rent Analysis report export
  • Add lead staff onto contact role exports
  • Add Lead Staff from property in lettings export
  • Added option for the “from” email address for accounting functions in the system
  • Updated the “Maintenance Item - Correspondence Recipient Salutation” tag to use salutation for supplier/landlord/tenant where possible
  • Add landlord filter to current tenant balances report
  • Make telephone numbers in diary clickable
  • Key Log should exclude Inactive properties by default
  • Add an option in for max number of days late for automated rent chasers
  • Display notes from the property management expiry alerts on property details page so they aren't lost
  • Add configuration option for default client bank account
  • Add staff filter onto Inspections Due alert
  • Add Created Date and Export to Outstanding Tasks Due alert
  • Add Registration Number to landlord export
  • Add letting classification filter onto lettings list page
