[Release 3.74] The changes included in this release were:

  • NRL tax report – new report to track Non-Resident Landlord tax deductions, log adjustments and record NRL tax payments to HMRC
  • Added ability to set a non-standard VAT rate on supplier invoices and expenses
  • Trial Balance report – provides a breakdown of the client monies held as of any date.  Please contact our support team if you are interested in using this new feature.
  • Added a new tick-box when recording tenant receipts to email out a copy of the receipt to tenant – plus an associated system setting to default this to ticked if required.
  • Added on-screen and email diary notifications – users can now opt-in for pop-up reminder notifications for diary appointments.  By default, these will be 10 minutes before an appointment, but this can be changed on a per appointment basis, or system-wide.  To opt-in, just tick the “Diary Popup Notifications Enabled” tick-box on the staff details page.  Equivalent email notifications are available via our Automations add-on.
  • Added an option to include the supplier name in landlord statements against expenses
  • Added the tenant confirmation status onto inspections in the diary
  • Separated out suspended staff from checklist/task dropdowns
  • Add an option to CC a specified email address when sending out sales invoices
  • Add an option to not charge renewal fees
  • Added navigation arrows between inspection photos
  • Add "Export” and “Print” options onto Expenses Overdue alert
  • Add "Export” and “Print” options onto Periodic Tenancies with Rent Review Due alert
  • Added a property service column and filter to Expenses Overdue alert
  • Added support for split chains on sales properties (i.e. where the vendors are buying two onward properties, or the buyers are selling two properties to buy the property)
  • Include details of the current rent arrears on the Rent Due To Landlord alert
  • Added periodic Rent Review date in the Excel download of lettings
  • Added the VOA (Valuation Office Agency) current tenancies report – the VOA periodically requests for a download of current tenancies; this report provides that information in the format they require.
  • Add residential and commercial documentation tags into letting-level letter/email/document templates
  • Make title optional on conveyancers and suppliers
  • Sending viewing feedback email to the owner doesn't remove the viewing from the “Viewing Feedback Not Passed On” alert 
  • Selective licences aren't limited to HMO properties, so the alert should flag any that are missing on non-HMO properties too
  • Add email templates for the tenant’s Previous Landlord
  • Added a new Metro Bank Plus tenant receipt import format
  • Add date available to sales properties export
  • Include tenant details and property key numbers to Maintenance items on diary print out and iCal feed/sync
  • Add option to Periodic Rent Review alert to include periodic lettings with no rent review date set
  • Add office notes textbox to Tasks
